- Does it also work on what the item gained through crafting and/or Hellforging?

If you read properly, it says stat bonus increase. Therefore, I don't believe that it increases enhancements. Given that the Skill Buffs don't act statically, the bonus increase will change due to crafting, Hell Forging, or even changing the weapon in all. CHiNback - [ Talk - Message - PM ]
