Rules
Every Vampires Blood Member is responsible for reading and understanding all the rules. By accepting membership in Vampires Blood, you are agreeing to up hold the standards set out in these documents, including any future changes that may occur. If you feel that you are unable or unwilling to abide by this agreement, please notify BlackDoguh so that you may receive an honorable discharge and assistance in finding a guild better suited to your needs.
Our Golden Guild Rule
Were a polite guild that means Asking politely & respecting all members in Fallen Swords. If you are rude to any player, Swear, use foul language or are a plain pain you may be subject for removal from the guild.
Being Active
All New Hells Fury members who do not make it to Demonic Warlord within 14 days are subject to removal from the guild.
If you are going to gone for more than 2 days, let one of the Leaders know so that we can put you on Temporary Leave from Hell.
Being active means more than logging in frequently. To be active you must Donate Gold or FSP and contribute XP to the guild. If you are INACTIVE for 7 days, even if you log in frequently, you may be subject for removal. Contributions are need to keep the guild upkeep payed.
Guild Deposits
UPDATED
We have been upgrading the structures, with upgraded structures comes higher upkeep cost. So to pay these upkeep cost we need to have our members pay Guild Dues.
We now have the new Tax upgrade and the Guild Advisor.
This is the information I get to see from the Guild Advisor
Every guild member is required to pay Guild Dues per week.
- Q: What are Guild Dues?
- A: Guild Dues are to keep the guild running smoothly and growing so we can make upgrades.
- Q: How much do I need to pay in Guild Dues?
- A: Your Guild Dues are at least 1 full deposit in to the guild bank and 1 fsp per week with training and burning your stamina at least twice a week.
- Q: Will donations count as my deposit.
- A: No donations will not count as you deposit.
- Q: Why will donations not count as my deposits
- A: They do not show up on the report and to take the load off of VampNova from tracking and logging all the gold that moves around the guild.
- Q: What if I do not make my deposits?
- A: You will go to the dungeon.
- Q: How do I get out of the dungeon?
- A: you make your deposits that you have missed along with the deposits that you need to make in a week and your rank will be returned to you.
- Q: What if I do not train and have not payed taxes does that effect my rank?
- A: Yes it does and that will get you in the dungeon for not training in a week.
- Q: What does full bank deposit mean?
- A: That means you give the max amount of gold when making guild deposits.
- Q: Does Forging guild items count as anything?
- A: Yes forging Counts as 3 deposits, 2fsp + Gold = 3 deposits.
- It is your responsibility to send a PM to VampNova that you forged an item, Or they will not be counted as your contribution.
Guild Conflicts
Were a GvG Guild, only take place in Guild Conflicts if you're asked to do so by the Crastxx, VampNova, or BlackDoguh.
If you wish to take part in a Guild Conflicts select your target and let Crastxx, VampNova, or BlackDoguh know who you wish to attack. Do not attack in a Guild Conflict until you get told to do so by Crastxx, VampNova, or BlackDoguh.
- Q: How do I take place in a guild conflict?
- A: You attack any member in your level range and it will put you into the Guild Conflicts if maximum participants have not been reached.
- Q: How do Guild Conflicts work?
- A: Guild Conflicts work like this. There is a set number of attacks each guild gets(50 ,75 or 100). Each win from an attack you have initiated your guild gains 1 point. The guild with the most points at the end of the conflict wins.
- Q: What if each guild has the same amount of points at the end of the Guild Conflicts?
- A: If each guild has equal points it is a stand off.
- Q: How does a Guild Conflicts end?
- A: The end of a Guild Conflicts is when each guild makes all of their attacks, or the 24 hrs has expired.
- Q: What do we get if we win the Guild Conflicts?
- A: For every Guild Conflicts we win we get 1RP and some of the other guilds GvG points.
- For those not taking place in the Guild Conflicts buff those that are in the Guild Conflicts with any buff that you have. If your buff is higher then the buff on them, buff over the lower buff.
Also if your being attacked in a Guild Conflicts let the guild know this in chat so we can buff you.
Make sure to repair your equipment before going offline. (Also switch to your defensive set if you have one.)
Alliances & Non Aggresion Pacts (NAPs)
All Members must Read & Follow all Alliances & Non Aggresion Pacts Terms that follow. If you do not follow the trems with one of our allies or a guild that we hold a NAP with You will be subject to pay fees to the member/s or Guild/s Involved and rank Removal until all fees are paid.
Terms of Alliances
- 1) Do not attack members of or start conflicts with Allied guilds.
- 2) Taking relics is exempt. Relics may be taken or attempted to be taken.
- 3) We come to the aid of our allies. Helping with guild bounties and deleveling.
- 4) We let allied guilds know if they have gotten a guild enemy in there guild.
- 5) You may take a bounty on a fellow ally if they ask or you see that they have a bounty on there head and are offline. Using 10 stamina attacks sending back stolen gold(Not lost).

Guild Storage
The guild storage is for guild use taking items out of the guild storage is not for personal profit. Selling items or not returning items when you are done with them is considered theft. Becoming a thief will make you a guild enemy and have you removed from the guild.
Placing items in the guild storage is meaning you have given that item to the guild unless stated in guild chat that you will retrieve that item in no more then 24hrs. The last guild storage space is for Group drops. It is to be left open at all times. Being repeatedly told is grounds for your right to place items in the guild storage to be taken away.
Guild Locked Sets are for any member of the proper level to use. If a member has a/or piece(s) To a set and other member wish to use the set the player with the most pieces to the set has priority to the set. In the case of equal pieces being in each members inventory the Higher Guild Exp member has first rights. If anything needs sorted out please bring it to BlackDoguh's Attention.
Guild Chat
There is no expectation of members to participate in guild chat either. We would love it if you did, but we also understand if you do not. All members are more than welcome to participate in any and all aspect of the forum, Web page or guild chat. So be polite when participate & respecting all members of Fallen Swords. Remember were here to have fun.
Offline Guide
Always keep your backpack clear of junk, for sets to be sent to you when your off line. We all do not share the same schedules, so we you to have room in your BP so you can receive a guild set.
Set your group level so when you come back online you have the right group for the job your doing. Sometimes a group is wasted if you get it full of low levels.
Make sure to repair your items be for going offline.

Guild Rules
- You must be active (Active means you are gaining experience points every other day)
- We have the Guild Taxation in place, which means that every time you kill a monster/creature a portion of your gold goes to the Guild Bank. This will help eliminate chasing people to keep up with their donations. Any extra donations to the Guild is greatly appreciated. This tax will help keep the structures running and upgrade others.
- We do not accept any type of racial, sexual, or verbal abuse towards another member or in Guild Chat. If you have an issue with another member, bring it up with a Guild Founder or Demon High Council member.
- No chat spamming! If you need to send a mass message, once is enough! Remember that everyone online has to stop what they're doing and check that message. If you need to ask for buffs then do so in the Guild Chat. Remember that everyone receives a Guild Log message when a new attack group is being formed so you do not need to mass message people to join your group as those that can, will. Those that can't are either offline or low on stamina.
- Do not ask to be ranked up. The Guild Founders, Demon High Council, and the Shadow Enforcer will check regularly to see where our members are and if they need to be ranked. Remember, we are also doing the same as you are and more so if we don't get to you that day it will be done as soon as one of us are online.
- No begging. Do not beg for gold or FSP in chat. You will not get any unless you work out a deal with another member and it will lead to disciplinary measures being taken.
- The Guild Store is for Elite and Legendary sets ONLY!!! Do not store common items or incomplete sets as that wastes space for full sets.
ALL RULES ARE IN PLACE FOR THE BETTERMENT OF THE GUILD. ANYONE FOUND BREAKING THESE RULES WILL BE DISCIPLINED ACCORDINGLY. THERE WILL BE NO SECOND CHANCES!!!
