It seems to me that some people can post anything they want and get away with it but when some one copies that information and reposts it they get in trouble for it.  As afar as I am concern here certain people have the freedom to say anything and do anything they want on their profiles but other people get shut out because they do not think the way some people think.  I will not put the information back in my profile here but I have added it to my personal web page and have add the link to it on my personal wiki profile.  I do have one question her for the 2 people who have been in this discussion.  How is it alright to have it in the profile bio in the Fallen Sword Game but it can not be reposted here?  I am not trying to make any one mad and I am not trying to get my wiki profiloe deleted but I would like to know why there are 2 different rules for the game profiles and then the wiki profile.  Please answer me this question and I will not go any further with this.

I am not going to argue about this.  I have sent a ticket to HCS as you and or the other person has as well.  To tell the truth I find offensive the wording in the game profiles that says "IF YOU ATTACK ME I WILL BOUNTY YOU AND DELEVEL YOU FOR ATTACKING ME"  when the game is designed for you and I to attack each other to raise the PvP level but I have not taken it to the level that this disscussion has gone.  As far as I am concerned this discussion is over and now it is up to HCS to decide what is right and if the information which I copied from different profile can not  be included here.  I will go through each and every profile I can and if I perceive something offensive I will report it.  I copied this from a profile " realize it was cruel to place that bounty on you, but hey, that’s the point of revenge! I support old school bounty hunters." and I find it offensive but should I report it or not.  I also find some of the guild names offensive and should I report that as well.  I know this is a game and people have there own opinion on stuff but I am not going to go any further with this as I seem to offend 2 people on this wiki.

What you have in your user page regarding japple is considered harassment, is it not?

I've taken the liberty to temporarily remove what you have there. If you felt that this change is inappropriate, feel free to change it re-revise it.

Please read what I have added to what you removed from my Wiki profile.

What you have posted, while sourcing the target player's bio, is clear harassment and unwanted attention. However, I believe the real issue is whether or not the Forum rules apply on the wiki and have submitted a ticket asking about it.
If HCS says the forum rules do apply on the wiki, then what you posted will have to be removed.

If I have to take what I believe is not harrassment but reposting what is already out there on Fallen Sword profiles then I will repost it on my own web page/site. I am also going by this statement "You are also promising us that you wrote this yourself, or copied it from a public domain or similar free resource." which is at the bottom of the editing area.

Because you are naming another player in conjunction with negative accusations, this is essentially the same as a "wall of shame" which is not allowed on this wiki. Because of that, it needs to be removed. What you post on your own websites is entirely up to you since they are not owned or operated by HCS.

It is not negative information when it happened to my ally. He did a bounty on the guy and the guy retliated by placing a bounty on the my ally and then had the persons that did the bounty on my ally delevel him and paid the persons that did the bounty to do it.

I have as the first person in the discussion sent a ticket to HCS about the information you removed which you are not a staff member of HCS.

If you really feel that submitting a ticket will prove you right and that you want to spread word that you dislike another player, then I think that it is very selfish. I'll tell you what I think. I think you should learn to read forum rules because they apply here as well.

Here is what the second person in this discussion posted in this discussion and I have done the same. "What you have posted, while sourcing the target player's bio, is clear harassment and unwanted attention. However, I believe the real issue is whether or not the Forum rules apply on the wiki and have submitted a ticket asking about it."

I have not said anything negative about anyone. I have only said what has happen to my ally and what a member of his guyild has messaged me. But it seems that on here you can not say the truth about someone's playing attitude towards other players. But you can delete public information that one person or persons feel that is harrassing but they them selves are doing the same thing, harrassing, by deleting the publicized information that has been copied from profile bios in the game Fallen Sword itself.

The last time I checked, hypocracy was not against the rules. I don't want this arguement to be prolonged, please end this here and if you have submitted a ticket, please let HCS handle it.

I know I am not an employee of HCS and probably never will be. However, they did ask me to be a sysop on this wiki and essentially fill the same role as a forum moderator.
It is not harassment to ask that a post defaming another player be removed. If you had posted the same thing on the forum, it would have been deleted and potentially resulted in a ban.
It does not matter if you copied it straight from his (or anyone else's) profile page, leveling accusations at another player, whether true or not, is not and never has been allowed, to include linking to such material. What you have now is essentially a link to a 'wall of shame' which the front page of the wiki clearly states is not allowed here.
You're entitled to your opinion, but the Fallen Sword community is quite large so the rules may be more restrictive than you would like in order to provide a common environment which all members of the Fallen Sword community can enjoy. As far as I am concerned, this has been taken far enough and have asked HCS to intervene.

\As you have said you sent a ticket to HCS well I sent one also.

The wiki has a convenient resource: Recent Changes. This allows all persons viewing the wiki to find out which pages have been edited recently. Unlike the game, there isn't a log of when players decide to edit their bio, and therefore, will be less looked upon. If I found an offensive in-game biography, I will report it because I cannot change it. But since I have the right (and responsibility) to edit this resource, I feel the need to take out inappropriateness. Bottom line: just because the in-game profiles aren't monitored doesn't mean that anything posted there is legal.
