See, I tried to do it for the Varas Dungeon Portal, but all that came of it was a formula and a gold symbol. Parserfunctions will be a great addition to this wiki.

It took me awhile, but I figured out that the formula for all the destinations is the cost to get to Krul Island multiplied by the destination level. I haven't yet figured out any method of calculating the cost for Krul Island though, or I'd be able to automatically generate it for every portal in the game.
