Description The Chill Nocnita are Demonic Hags that live upon these frozen mountains. These horrific beings are blamed on most of the disappearances of people on the mountains who are apparently kidnapped and taken back to the Chill Nocnitas cave to be skinned alive and eaten or worse! This is likely to be true because anyone who has encountered one of these Hags and lived to tell the tale have seen that their clothes are leather made from the cured skins of man.
