Description The ancient Stormcall Dracs believe it is their divine right to strengthen the portal in the center of the Eye Island with their sorcerous powers. This portal is believed to be the source of the storm itself although none, not even the Dracs, know for certain. Rumor has it something calls to the Drac as a race, a primeval voice that is compelling them to empower the portal.
