Emperor Volk

Description The Emperor Volk are large worm that hunt on the surface of the Cymru Woods feasting on anything smaller than itself. Although it has no legs the Volk can move faster than a running horse, which has meant the death of many a traveller. The bone blades on the sides of the Volk strip the ground clean of shrubs and brambles so that the creature does not get tangled when on the move. This does leave large ribbons of cleanly severed ferns and other plants on either side of a shallow rut. The wise would take heed of such Volk signs when walking the Cymru.
