+0.1% per point increase of creatures current drop rate. This is primarily useful when hunting for a specific item. Also very handy during legendary events.

Help from Forums
Every 10 points to this skill = +1%. At 10 stamina for 60 minutes (1 hour) it's a great thing to have at 10% increase at Level 100 to this skill. A great beginner's choice.
