when u miss the tables are turned, so you must be prepared 2 defend yourself. you have 2 options here the first is to beat their attack. we can beat their attack by having more defense than they have attack, if u pick this option, remember that their guild mates may have buffed them with Dark Curse so we are going to have 2 compensate for this with a LOT of defense OR we can go with option 2 beat their damage. to beat their damage u need more armor than they have damage so when they hit you only 1 damage is done and only 1 HP lost.

STAT POINTS

ATTACK - determines if contact is made
Defense - ability to avoid contact
ARMOR - if contact is made, this is subtracted from damage but will not go below 1
DAMAGE - if contact is made how much it hurts
HP - if contact is made and damage is inflicted when this runs out, you die
with this in mind for you to hit and kill an a monster/player you have to have more attack than they have defense (Dark Curse can help here), more damage than they have armor + HP AND more armor than they have damage
their is a part of the mechanics of the game refereed to as a "2%" there is a 2% chance, NO MATTER WHAT that your attack will fail causing you to miss. While in GvG combat you will be swinging 50 times and can expect to miss a few times so now we need to discuss living through a 2% miss

SURVIVING A 2% MISS

when you miss the tables are turned, so you must be prepared to defend yourself. you have 2 options here. The first is to beat their attack. We can beat their attack by having more defense than they have attack. If you pick this option, remember that their guild mates may have buffed them with Dark Curse so we are going to have to compensate for this with a LOT of defense OR we can go with option 2: beat their damage. To beat their damage you need more armor than they have damage so when they hit you only 1 damage is done and only 1 HP lost.
