'Ahh, you're back I see. Better late than never I suppose. Did you manage to get the head of a Fachen?' You hand the old woman the head of the Fachen you killed earlier. 'Ahhh, that will do. Now I can complete my potion. Here, take this as reward for your late, but successful efforts...' The old woman hands you a rune. You observe its surface which glows with a blue hue. You gain 5,028,251 XP and 'Rune of Fachen'.
