I do not know why in the Item Name it is coming up with a template instead of the actual Item page. Also I do not know why {{ }} is showing around my name. I also need to find a way to get rid of the {{ }} when there is no information put in the parameter value.

I have got my template to work like I want it to work but now I need to find out how to make cells that do not have any information in the will show empty instead of the {{ }} and [[ ]].
