DetailsYou encounter an ogre. He spots you, but does nothing in response to your presence. With a deep, throaty voice the beast speaks to you. 'The others... they are different. Destroy them before they destroy you!' The Ogre unleashes a roar before it is consumed by dark rot - the beasts face contorts as its skin turns dark. The Ogre looks at you, it's ghostly white piercing eyes that stare down at you. A moment seems to pass before the creature unleashes a thundering roar and raises its fist into the air, preparing to crush you. Will you defend yourself or run away? You quickly dodge the beasts mighty fist and, in one flowing motion, you unsheath your weapon and arc it around, slaying the beast in that one movement. No sooner do you dispatch that infected Ogre when several others burst from the dense forests, unleashing an unearthly roar before thundering towards you. You must defend yourself!You quickly find yourself surrounded by several of these beasts that are infected by the Dark Rot that has spread through the forest. Armed with giant clubs and massive broadswords, the beasts rush you. You expertly hack your way through the beasts, skillfully dispatching beast after beast before they finally give up and begin dispersing back into the depths of the forest. You reach down to loot the fallen beasts belongings and manage to recover a pair of sturdy gloves. There's something odd about the Dark Rot, and you feel you will discover more along your travels... You gain 3,200,027 XP and 'Gloves of Rotreuia' |
