Purpose of Check Enhancements Category?

I don't get the purpose of Category:Check Enhancements. This template adds it automatically if and only if the enhancement is Sustain or Elite Hunter. Are these enhancements more subject to verification than others? --Isakus 15:19, 19 July 2009 (BST)
