DetailsYou encounter what appears to be the remains of a village. Smouldering ruins are all the remain of several of the houses that used to exist. One of the villagers approaches you. \'Did you see the beasts? They completely destroyed our village! They must be killed!\' 'Oh thank you! Please inform me once you have managed to slay the creatures. I believe if you kill enough of them, that should persuade them not to attack. At least, not for the near future.'
You arrive back at the savaged village. You see reconstruction efforts continuing in the background while the same villager you spoke to earlier approaches. \'Welcome back, friend! Were you successful in slaying those beasts?\'
The villager is delighted by your response. 'Oh excellent! Hopefully that should dissuade them from attacking our village in the near future, at least until we can establish some viable defenses against future attack by the beasts. On behalf of my village, I thank you for you help! Here, take this as a reward for ridding us of those beasts.' The villager hands you a sturdy looking shield. You gain 2,976,750 XP and 'Shield of Mighalk'. |
