As soon as HCS updates the wiki, the item template will be completely revamped, all the item pages remade, and that will be phased out since we added the link to Search the Auction House and the market fluctuates too much for the wiki to have an accurate estimate. Right now, I'd just leave that part of the page blank and concentrate only on making sure the stats are accurate.
