Suggestion
Instead of deleting the contents of your talk page you should consider archiving it. For example: User talk:Belgrave/Archive 1

Pages Suggested for Deletion
I feel the Fan/Guild_Websites is redundant since #1 nothing links to it and #2 we have 2 pages, one for each topic. I also started a Templates:fansite template just prior to the change to standardize the format of each link. If the page is deleted, the template is not needed Eledill
