The above information was copied from one of my allies. I have already had this information deleted because a person thought it was harrassing. As far as I am concerned it is not.
Here are my reasons that I do not consider it harrasment.

• Copied from his profile "ALL ATTACKS WILL BE BOUNTIED...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED"
• Copied from his profile "Extra Bonus for dleveling people i put on B.B"
• A member of the Guild he is in also confirmed it. I am placing a copy of the message that was sent me without the person profile name to protect the Identity of the person. Copied from my message log "22:21 16/Aug/2008 all he ever does is complain in mass msgs to our entire guild about people not donating as much as he does...I would copy it n send it to my guild but would prob get kicked..."

QUEST REQUIREMENTS

TO FULFIL QUEST REQUIREMENTS I WILL DO THE FOLLOWING:

ATTACK TO RAISE PVP XP LVL.
IF I HAVE BOUNTY KILLED YOU IT IS FOR PVP LVL.

I will return the gold that I take. BUT DO NOT BOUNTY ME, because I am only fullfilling a quest requirement. No hard feelings I pick random people. IF YOU BOUNTY I WILL NOT RETURN GOLD.

BOUNTIES

Here is the deal. If you are on the bounty board it is publicly displayed, and publicly accepted. You did something to be there so you will be attacked. Whether by me or someone else. I'm a respectful player and I always send a courtesy message when doing Bounties. I expect the same in turn, so please ask permission, even if I appear to be offline (just send something simple and mention you'll take the bounty and I'm not around). I EARNED my PvP Rating; I NEVER bought any PvP Points - not even one.

- Don't whine because I take your bounty. It's nothing personal and it's just a game
- I give gold back to people who ask and do not BOUNTY ME. You're on the bounty board for a reason
