{10 point pre-requisite in Rage} +0.2% chance per point to drain 5% of your opponents current HP per combat turn from your opponent. This skill is only useful in multiple rounds of combat, and you don’t receive that HP that’s drained from your opponent. Since we are trying to avoid multiple rounds of combat… Not a worthy skill.
