You encounter a group of Dwarven warriors along your path, they stand over a dozen or so greenskin bodies.

"Hey, you best be watchin' yourself traveller, these parts are filled with greenskins. I'll tell you what, if you slay 30 of those Orc Warriors I will give you a valuable item we recovered from a greenskin patrol we encountered."

"Did you slay those Orc Warriors?"

"Great! Now those evil Orcs won't bother us in our patrols! Thank you again, friend. Here, take this as a gift of our appreciation." (You gain 250 xp and Blade of Karog.)
