A man is sitting on a large tree stump with his head down looking glum. Laying by his feet is an axe covered in tree sap.

'Have you seen what has happened to the forest? The monsters around here have been eating the trees that used to be my livelihood! If you could kill enough of the Liverworts maybe the trees would have a chance to grow back.
