CSS Style Sheet coding in WIKI profiles

This is the address http://www.cssplay.co.uk/menus/pull_tabs.html from where I got the original code for this menu. I am still working on the coding, but the coding to make the CSS Style Sheet part is not working. Any help/suggestions is welcome. If you edit please let me know what you changed so I know what works and what does not work.
