Steps:

  1. Go to Cathedral of Ways (6,9)
    Talk to Janosz
  2. Kill 1000 Free Roaming Vapor
    (you need Shamhna Spooky Vision to see them and Spook Smasher Caster and Spook Smasher Tan Robe to kill them. If you lost yours a new set can be bought at Spook Smasher Replacements)
  3. Return to
  4. etc...
