Its not fully clear, but you can make out some words -- 'If you take the Blazen ### ### the ### lava section beyond the ### within Hallows End you ### ### a hidden ### which will greatly ### the item.'

You note the information down, but are unclear as to what it means.

This appears to be the location the writing near the shrine was referring to.
