DetailsJamesina waits for you in a clearing. 'This area is pretty full of Highwaymen. I've, spoken, to a few but thus far nothing regarding a girl.' Jamesina grins at you. 'Keep asking them questions I guess. Hopefully we can get some information regarding the girls whereabouts. Meet me here after you've found and interrogated a Highwayman.' You have been interrogating many of the Highwaymen with no luck. For leaders of the local bandit groups, they seem hopelessly uninformed. During a lull in the fighting, you come across one Highwayman cowering, hiding from you. The Highwayman yelps and looks like he wants to run. He has realized the only way out of his predicament is through you however and he seems to realize you are just too formidable. He surrenders and sinks to his knees. You point your Weapon at the Highwayman. The Highwayman goggles at you. 'Girl? What Girl?' You inform him of the attack on the Nobles caravan, theft of their belongings and abduction of their daughter. 'We have not kidnapped anyone! That's not our style! We just steal goods and gold! We don't want to have the law come back to this area over kidnappings!' He stops and thinks for a minute. 'There are fay folk around these parts though. Always cause trouble for every one. Don't trust humans due to some 'Dreadlord' or something. They might have her. We definately don't!' You knod, put your weapon away and turn. The Highwayman lunges but you are faster. You whip your weapon out and end the Highwaymans misbegotten existance. You notice an intereting looking sigil. To the victor go the spoils! Time to report back to Jamesina. You receive 'Sigil of the Highwaymen'. You meet Jamesina. She waves you over. 'Heard anything about the Girl?' She frowns at you. 'What do you mean Hunter? Do they have her or not?' You let her know what the Highwayman told you. You explain that your best bet might be to venture into Fairy land. 'This could be dangerous. The Fay are not to be messed with.' You grin and tell her you've dealt with Fay before, even becoming their Lord in one Fay Region but still agree and understand the need for caution. 'I'll meet you in the South.' You receive 4,237,885 Xp. |
