DetailsYou stumble upon a small group of men garbed in loose clothing. They appear to be wielding large axes. One of the men notices your approach. 'Hey there stranger. We've been trying to slay the beasts in this area. Their numbers have been multiplying at an explosive rate. We need help in culling them down. I don't suppose you'd be interested in helping us?' You arrive back at where the hunter asked you to meet him. The hunter emerges from a dense cluster of rocks, his weapon and much of his clothing covered in blood. 'It's okay, its the beasts blood. Not mine.' He chuckles. 'Did you manage to slay the beasts?' 'I see... I must admit, I never thought you would make it back alive. It's good to see somebody with such skill at surviving against those beasts. Here, take this as your share of the reward for slaying all those beasts. I made it from the scales of the beast itself.' The hunter hands you an impressive looking shield. |
