DetailsYou encounter a stone circle deep within the Moot Forest. There is an inscription on a small pedestal within the center of the circle. The inscription reads --- The powers within the forest can combine, bring a Gloom Helm first and the other component shall be revealed. You place the Gloom Helm in the center of the cirle, next to the inscription. A glow appears round it and it then vanishes into thin air.
