Certain item sets exists in two versions - one original and one reborn variant. They share the same image and are dropped by the same creature but they have different stats. Typically, the original version is from the first legendary event featuring that creature and subsequent appearances of said creature drops the reborn version.
Reborn sets are at the time of this writing only applicable to legendary sets.
