Biography
I have already gone, this is why:
I decided, after much soul searching to contact HCS and ask them to close my account, as I had found myself spending serious money bit on the game.
I disagreed with the way they attempted to entice people into shelling out cash, as you and I both know, you are not going to make it in the game unless you spend some serious FSP on extra stamina gains and extra max stam.
The facility to donate via mobile phone was particularly sickening, as it meant that youngsters could be targeted in a way that was not possible before, this I found difficult to accept.
The final straw was the atitude of HCS when I asked them to stop allowing me to buy FSP, I wanted to still play but have a bar on me buying any more... This they would not do, and their attitude was rude, unfriendly and somewhat aggressive. Therefore I lost my patience and subsequently asked them to terminate my account.
Interestingly, if I try to log in now, it says that 'the user's account has been banned due to a violation of the terms of service'; this is not exactly true, I never broke the rules, I just didn't want HCS to leech any more of my money!
