You encounter a merchant stood to one side of the path. He is garbed in a rich red and yellow robe.

"Hello there fellow traveller! Are you interested in trading? I have a large variety of trinkets ranging from weapons, shiel- ah! I see this little trinket interests you the most.... yes, this piece of parchment came into my posession several years ago. It must be worth alot now... perhaps 10,000 gold and a Madeline Vase! Bring me these and the parchment is yours."
