You hear Jamesina arguing with Virmalthorn long before you find them. When you do you see Jamesina nose to nose with the Skeletal Priest.

<span style="color:#009">Jamesina points a finger at Virmalthorn, 'This thing wants to destroy all the Amalgams within the realm. I keep telling him that we have to make sure that the Elemental Locks are still in place. We don't have time to tidy up the entire mountain, we have a job to do!'</span>

You are amazed at the hurt expression that Virmalthorn has, which is quite a feat as he has no face. You smile at Virmalthorn and say, 'I'm sure Jamesina didn't mean to call you a “thing”, it's just that she is not used to being around Undead... Individuals. What is it about these Amalgams that worries you so much?'

<span style="color:#009">Jamesina goggles at the Skeletal Priest, then stares blankly at you.</span>

Virmalthorn folds his arms in front of him, 'I feel strange energies pouring from these Undead, it makes my bones itch. I am worried what this might mean.' Jamesina throws her hands into the air, then digs into her back pack and scribbles out a Recipe. Then hands it to you, 'If your friend is so worried about these Amalgams, we should see what pitch the incantation it set to.'

Jamesina shakes an angry finger at the Skeletal Priest, you can imagine the lecturing tone she is using on him. She glares at you as you approach, 'Have you acquired that Spell Canter yet?

<span style="color:#009">She takes the bottle and shakes it, then looks deeply into the blue liquid within. 'Hmmm, excellent. There is a good amount of components within the Canter.' She then clasps the bottle in both hands and mutters under her breath. Light seeps out between her fingers. After a few moments the light fades and she hands the Canter to Virmalthorn, 'You look at it, as you are so concerned with the Amalgams in the first place.'</span>

Virmalthorn holds the Canter in front of him and stares closely at it. The liquid inside has been altered into a clear red fluid. 'There are few elements of binding with the incantation. Sloppy work. Without maintenance these Creatures will fall apart which is good. The shroud energies will actually eat the flesh of the Amalgams, so we don't really need to worry about them. I was just concerned at the energies that were leaking from them. I didn't realize that it was because the Creatures were falling apart. I thought is was a more sinister effect.' He turns to Jamesina, 'The Shroud energies have been turned into a toxic effect within the Amalgams. I apologize to you Seer, we should move on and let these Creatures face their pitiful end.'

<span style="color:#009">He drops Toxic Canter on the floor and starts to walk away with Jamesina. You look down at the Canter, then pick it up. After all, you can't have too many magical items.</span>
