A Brother of Light waits patiently on the Mooramire Dock. He runs up to you with a worried look on his face.
"[USERNAME]! Oh, thank the Gods you came. I've been keeping watch of this place and it's awful! The Specter of Rosmeriat has already begun spinning its weave. I saw strange things. Strange lights and â€¦"

Before the brother can finish, you hear a shrill shriek in the distance. Your eyes glimpse a black tear in the sky, unveiling a pocket of stars. Was this what Nimue meant? The fabric of time and space?

"There's no time to lose! You must slay that thing before it completely obliterates this place!"

Defeat the Specter of Rosmeriat

"Alright! Well, letâ€™s get out of here before the midges eat us alive!"

Return to the Cathedral of Ways (Sacristy)

Nimue greets you with a gentle bow. You recount your time in Mooramire Marsh, making mention of the black tear you beheld in the sky.

"A black tear. They are working faster than predicted â€¦" Nimue's words take a solemn tone, but with a twirl of her staff, she looks up resolute. "No. I must not lose hope. This world can still be repaired!"

With a brisk step, Nimue approaches the next Portal.

"Esver Canyon needs you, [USERNAME]. Never forget this: it is not just the beings of this world you must protect, but also the lands of which they occupy. Believe me, you don't want to see what happens to a realm when its very fabric has been erased."

You hesitate to speak of it, but your curiosity overwhelms you.
Nimue speaks nothing at first, but you swear you hear a quiet gasp. She lowers her staff and grips it tightly with both hands.

"Aye, like Discordia. It went by another name before, but that's all it is now: a realm of discord. Where neither time nor space has laws."

Refusing to give in to grief, Nimue resolves to speak nothing more of Discordia.

"[USERNAME], we must continue to fight the forces of Rosmeriat. When you are ready, step through the Esver Canyon Portal. A Brother of Light will greet you on the other side."

Take the Portal to Esver Canyon (Edge) and speak with the Brother of Light.
