Description The Riangi Executioners use dark magic to bind dangerous Demons from the fires of the Inferno Abyss itself to create the Changed of Riangi. The Changed were once Dwarves unlucky enough to be experimented on instead of being beheaded by the Executioners. These are twisted beings that are possessed with otherworldly powers and are more than happy to serve alongside the Riangi and take part in their evil plans.
