I saw the "If a cave creature cannot be completely represented by this template, please use the talk page to request a change." part, but a) why request a change if I can do it myself and b) although I saw no reason why the original CaveCreature template would still be used after introducing CaveCreature2, I found it safer to make a different template. I agree it is confusing and if it's ok with you we can simply replace CaveCreature with CaveCreature2's content. {{User:Ando/Sig}} 16:29, 21 March 2010 (UTC)

: Ok, I understand. The "request a change" was more meant towards people who aren't comfortable editing templates. You seem very capable at that so feel free to edit it as you will :) In my opinion, we should do as you suggest and replace CaveCreature with your new template. --[[User:Isakus|Isakus]] 17:56, 21 March 2010 (UTC)

Why was this template created?

As I wrote in the documentation for the original CaveCreature template page I want that one to be expanded if it didn't contain everything needed. Can't we just modify that to have whatever this CaveCreature2 template adds? It's just confusing to have two templates for the same purpose (or are there cases where one would still use the original CaveCreature template?) --Isakus 15:55, 21 March 2010 (UTC)
