Every 10 points to this skill = +1%. At 10 stamina for 60 minutes (1 hour) it's a great thing to have at 10% increase at Level 100 to this skill. A great beginner's choice.

The increase is to the creatures' drop rate; for example if the creature has a 1% chance to drop a certain item, and you have Find Item 175 on, the +17.5% increase it gives applies to the creatures' 1% drop rate, effectively turning it into a total 1.175%.
