Uh, why sort it at "{" within the templates page?

Personally, I think this template either needs remade into an actual template or deleted. It's not mine so I'm not going to take the time to edit it.

Problem

I know it's a bad template but I don't know how to make a real one, and I did the best I could not knowing how. If someone tells me I would be glad to make it into a real template

span style="color:#060">To make a real template, it needs to be able to be put into another page by typing {{templateName|parameters}}<tt> instead of just copying some code and pasting it into the other page. I recommend reading http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Templates to learn more about how templates work and how to make them.</span>
