Guild Council roles

In order to make our FSP donations more efficient, I'd like to propose task delegation in this way.

Guild Bank

FSP Investment: Trade for gold 

* Whenever we get bellow 10M gold, sell some FSP to make gold deposits.
* Must have a decent defensive set and use it when doing fsp/gold trades.

Council members: bainesdj, mysterybet

Guild Armory

FSP Investment: Buy gear for the guild

Council members: jroberto

Guild structures/upgrades

FSP Investment: Deposit FSP into the guild.
